Grammy Award Winning Musician TEMS Presents Leading Vibe Initiative at Artistry Johannesburg
Artistry JHB, a Johannesburg-based cultural platform, recently opened its doors to the Leading Vibe Initiative on 21 March 2026, which was presented by globally acclaimed, Grammy Award-winning musician Tems. The transformative program is dedicated to uplifting and amplifying women shaping the future of music.
The gathering brought together emerging and established creatives, including Uncle Waffles, Zoë Modiga, Kamo Mphela, and Moonchild Sanelly, in a space designed for connection, growth, and possibility. Rooted in purpose, the initiative fostered an environment where talent met opportunity – providing access to knowledge, mentorship, and industry insight, and empowering a new wave of voices ready to redefine the music landscape across Africa and beyond.
Through a series of curated sessions, attendees engaged in songwriting and production workshops, explored the business and commercial aspects of music, and connected through meaningful mentorship and networking opportunities. The experience fostered not only creative exchange, but also a deeper sense of community among women navigating and reshaping the industry.
