COSMO Fit, Fun & Fearless championed by Reebok – #COSMOFit will be the ultimate
morning workout session event, debuting on Saturday, 29 September at Shine
Studios in Braamfontein, Joburg from 9am-2pm.
Expect a series of choreographed fitness classes, the hottest tunes, healthy treats,
spot prizes, goodie bags and so much more.
Fitness influencer Caley Jäck will lead three epic workouts, assisted by former
COSMO cover star and media personality – K Naomi. The workouts will include an
‘80s throwback aerobics class, a low-key yoga workout and a fierce boxing session.
All classes are aimed at all levels of fitness, with an emphasis on fun, fearless and
female. Attendees will be able to energise themselves pre-workout and re-fuel post-
workout with nutritious snacks and drinks, courtesy of our wellness warriors: GNC,
Smartbite and Smartlife. What’s more? You get an insane goodie bag to take home
with you.
