Johannesburg – Renowned actress Sindi Dlathu joins Isiphetho – Destiny as the ever-so-devious Zanemvula, a former cult leader’s wife, who returns to make amends with her family. Sindi makes her debut on the 3rd of October at 6.30PM on e.tv.
Zanemvula left Zwelakhe, Buhle and the rest of her family high and dry to pursue her “calling” of being the chief wife to a cult leader who goes by the name of “Anointed One” in a Malawian church. After authorities caught up with what they had been up to, she returns to Mzimhlophe under the false pretence of trying to reunite with her family.
Zanemvula has mastered the art of deception and will stop at nothing to get what she wants. However, being deceitful doesn’t leave you without a few enemies along the way, one of them being Connie. With their dreadful history, what will happen when Connie wakes up from her coma? Only time will tell…
